Smultron is a free text editor for Mac OS X Leopard 10.5 with support for syntax colouring, text encodings, code snippets, HTML preview and multi-document find and replace. Great alternative to Coda.

I have been using Smultron for about 3 years it is a get bit of kit! But if you are looking for a really good web design tool take a peak at Rapid Weaver from RealMac software. Just my 2 cents worth.
